Q: Will name tags be provided?
A: Yes, name tags will be provided.
Q: Will chairs be provided?
A: No, chairs will not be provided. If you would like a chair you can reach out to an employee at the Convention Center the day of the event and request a chair. However, the Convention Center charges for the usage of chairs so please be prepared to pay for one at that time.
Q: Will we need to stay for the vendor parade?
A: Yes, after you are instructed to stop serving samples please stick around for the vendor parade where you will be escorted to the presentation area for recognition for your participation. At this time we will award one vendor with a Vendor of the Year Award. That vendor will be asked to come on stage and say a few words. After you will be escorted back to your booth.
Q: Will I receive complete instructions for set-up and take down?
A: Yes, Please watch for an email from Jayne Ritter explaining all of the details for that day.
Q: Where do I drop off prizes? What do I need to know?
A: When you come that day and check-in at Vendor Check-In you will be told where to bring your prize(s). Please know the value of your item(s) at drop off for tax purposes.
